Mission Statement
The Women's Network provides opportunities for women to connect, share, and support one another in their spiritual journey. To this end we host two retreats as well as an Outstanding Women's Luncheon at the Annual Meeting of the Northern California Nevada Conference, UCC.
Winter Weekend Retreat
This three-day retreat has it all-stimulating workshops, inspiring worship and celebration, and plenty of just plain fun activities. In addition to the programming, guests of this retreat have ample opportunity to explore Mercy Center's beautiful grounds, including their wonderful labyrinth or just relax in their private room or with others over meals and in our gathering spaces. Outstanding Women's Luncheon
This luncheon, held each year at the NCNC's Annual Meeting at Asilomar, is our chance to honor women who have contributed to the life of our conference. To download the nomination form, please click here.

Hosted by a different NCNC church each year, this retreat offers guests many of the same opportunities available at our Winter Weekend Retreat, but all in one day. As with the Winter Weekend Retreat, each year this event features a wonderful keynote speaker as well as meaningful worship and a variety of interesting workshops.
